We purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from Sun City Ford. Luis our salesman wasn't pushy and he was very knowledgeable about what he was selling. He showed us all the bells and whistles before we took an escape out for a test drive. We dealt with Ashley in financing and she was very personable, I was busy at work and she was able to do everything over the phone until we had to come back and sign everything else. When we went to pick up our escape Friday night, Luis had bought us a gift (rose gold with blind license plate cover) to go with our new ride. He also took the time and finished showing us some other odds and ends like the door code and how to use it, he also set up our Ford Pass and made sure everything was working and showed us all the cool features the app had to offer. He stayed late to make sure we didn't have any other questions that night before we left, etc. We had a few questions over the weekend and he was readily available to answer our questions over text! I felt like by the time we left with our vehicle we were practically family (we now see why so many of our friends recommended this dealership).
