I have purchased 4 new vehicles now from Big M Ford with Cole Miller as my goto salesman. Cole always has a smile on his face and has no problem answering questions. He is current on all the ins and outs of the different makes of vehicles you can buy. He also knows the completions vehicles very well. Whenever I stop in a Ford I always feel part of the Ford FamilyColes knowledge of the Sync system and all the other buttons and gadgets is beyond amazing. He is always available for you to call or stop by and ask how do I .... ? . And then there is Jody - the paperwork Guru ! I just love her passion for finance and understanding of all the extras you can add to your vehicle - warranty, maintenance, scotch guard, etc. She helped me set up the perfect package and keep my payment reasonable Thank you Big M

Truck is beautiful. Deal was far. Value for other truck was fair. Good people to deal with. Salesperson is always diligent with all the details. Document person is always completely knowledgeable of what to do, and offer the buyer. Is not pushy, just very informative. Management goes the extra length to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
