I don't think there's enough space to explain all the terrible things they've done. Have so far spent over $1500 repairing a 1 year old air conditioner that is under warranty. The repairmen are less than incompetent. Probably the worst company I've ever used and that's saying a lot. Avoid at all costs.
They went well beyond expectations and made sure everything was working well and even took their time to show me what the meters showed when checking the ac and furnace

Starks has always been an amazing company to us! They have also done all off my airconditioning fixing and plumbing problems..they are always friendly on the phone and in person..and try thier best to be fast and not too crazy in pricing. Will recommend! New Plumber Jason is very good!
