We previously signed up for the preferred customer program through Gentlemen Plumbers so I received same day service. They were efficient, fixed my clogged drain problem and gave advice on how to prevent a re-occurrence. Also did a full home inspection to make sure no other problems hiding that I may not know about. I really appreciated the pro-active approach. Plus they left my home clean when they were done. I will definitely give them all my future business.
We called to make an appointment and were pleased that we were able to book for service the next day. Shayne and Jon arrived on time. I like that I was was given an estimate for the work before it was started so there were no surprises. The work was completed without issues. We have used them before and will use them again. My only comment/criticism would be that we were not called (we had to leave before they were finished) to ask if we wanted them to fix a couple of other issues they found while doing their inspection.
I had problem with my hot water tank and I contacted Gentleman guys. One guy came late evening and checked around, suggested to get the new one as the current one was more than 16 years old and provided quote. The next afternoon, he got the new heater installed. Very pleased and satisfied with these guys: work, response and suggestions. You guys will be my first choice for anything in the future.
My first and ONLY experience with this company was a complete scam! They charge you a $69 fee just to show up at your door, the plumber proceeded to use a 6ft hand auger on my clogged toilet and couldn't guarenteed his work afterward. He charged me an extra $245 just to use that 6ft hand auger on my toilet. When my boyfriend called the company and spoke with the manager and the manager told my boyfriend they used a 50-100ft auger in my house WHEN THEY DID NOT. The plumber showed me the 6ft Auger and told me it only costs $80 to buy, so he recommended I do that myself the next time my toilet clogs. I will never use this scam of a company again! Not to mention he also said he was here for an hour, when it only took him 10 minutes (if that) to auger the toilet and another 10 minutes for the "included plumbing inspection" that they include in their SO CALLED SERVICE. They straight up took advantage of a mother that was home alone and had no clue about the plumbing industry.
Fantastic service! The two young men, Shayne and Jon were great! Had a leak from kitchen into light fixture below and both guys were determined to find out what the cause was. Excellent service!!
