I went in looking for an engagement ring. They gave me a written down quote, with the serial number for the ring and the price I would pay. It was a great price. And since I am a college student and my fiance is on disability, I was excited to finally find a ring. A couple days later, I went in to pay.. I even had the ring on my hand, then they stated it would be TWICE the price of what the previous person had quoted. They told me that they could not honor the price they quoted me. They said they could take the gst off, which only equalled $100. They didn't offer me any other sort of discount, nor did they convey empathy at all. I attempted to shop locally, I won't make that mistake again.

I went to that store while it was still in the mall to get the battery for my watch switched out. The service was good. The person repairing the watches in the back even changed my battery when the first one they supplied did not initially work. Great store.
