I love this place. It has the best food and staff! And their open Mike night on Wednesdays is a blast
I placed an order for pickup. I had ordered the seafood melt which is advertised as being served on French bread. I received it on Texas toast, I felt like I was highly mislead. If I would have known it would have been served on a mere piece of bread I would not have ordered. I felt ripped off for the price I paid. Also the weight of the seafood is too heavy for Texas toast, French bread as advertised however would be sturdy enough for such a heavy topping. When I called to inquire about this, thinking perhaps it was an honest mistake I was told that it was served in Texas toast. I said that was not what I expected as it said French bread on the menu. Thats what we serve it on so thats what people expect. Sorry but I expect what your menu says. The food was overall alright. I dont think it was worth my money though. I strongly dislike dishonest businesses. Particularly those who dont try to remedy their wrong doing when spending a decent amount on food. At least McDonalds would fix their screw up.
Absolutely great place. Mark, the owner, treats everyone like they are the most important person in the place. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, and they are one of the biggest supporters of live music in the city.
