I was at local tonight with a few friends. We got awful service the entire time we were there. It wasnt overly busy so the poor service wasnt understandable. The food was relatively good. My bill came to $13.91, I paid with a $20 bill, and only received $5 back. I am unsure why the waitress didnt give me the rest of my change ($1.09), as i hadnt planned on nor verbally communicated to her that I was leaving a tip due to the poor service. I am less than impressed that it happened, though I am thankful that it wasnt more than $2.
I love the patio atmosphere. The live music was great!! Service was a little slow. Nachos are amazing!!!!
Great atmosphere, great Front of House staff. However, who ever is in charge of the kitchen/menu needs to be taught a lesson. The burgers are dryer than sawdust relying on their mayonnaise and veggies to simulate juiciness. The Huevos Rancheros is an absolute joke, and a slight against the Latino Culture as a whole. I believe that with proper training, and a Chef who knows what they're doing in a kitchen that this place can see true success one day.
Medicine Hat's best kept secret. Delicious food, good drink selection, friendly and prompt service and fair pricing. When visiting the Hat, this is the place I tend to choose to dine. Highly recommend.
The food here is UNREAL! I would (and probably will) go back to Medicine Hat just to eat here again! There were 6 of us who ate here this evening and we were all blown away at how good the food is. Absolutely have had nothing like it before. The chicken burger! Melt in your mouth! Service also was fantastic. Friendly and fast. MUST GO HERE!! We chose this place based on the good reviews so I need to add to it, hopefully it benefits others like it did us!
