I entered cheers on a Sunday 29 th about 3pm about 4 people in establishment. I had a steak on a Friday about 3 months ago ( it was very good excellent in fact) Being a senior and very low income I decided to treat my self to a nice dinner and decided to go back to Cheers because of the enjoyable Steak I had Before. Well I could not believe the meal I received the potato was so hard I could not cut it , I think they cremated it in the microwave, the steak as so grainier I could not chew it , corn for a side veggie , I do not eat corn .however that was not their fault. I informed the waitress I was not happy with the meal she informed me it was not her fault which I agreed it was not . Her next comment was I can change your meal I stared no I want what I ordered again she said it wasn't her fault And left. Her only interested was visiting with her friend that were settled at the bar . My bill came to $22..75 her comment was come back Friday it may be better. OH yes I had to wave my arm around to get her attention to get my bill . I will never go back this should never be allowed the waitress should have informed the cook but she did nothing to interest in the guys at the bar .
If you're going to allow mature kids, then pleaseA) ask your bar patrons to retain from screaming the f- work every 12 seconds and ensure that the kids are indeed mature. Food is always good, but service, smell, and atmosphere could use some work. Will do skip the dishes from here on.
waitress was an absolute nightmare never been treated so badly at a restaurant. there was one server working and she was absolutely horrible and im pretty sure she was wasted. waited 20 minutes to even get noticed so we left. shitty business.
I enjoyed the food & the atmosphere and the service was very good. And it's a great place because you can take your kids there as well
Cheerful and polite staff. Good food. Nice pool tables.
