Just wanted a calm kit for anxious cat. Seemed a simple request. Was spun a tale about needing to see the Vet first after 10 wasted minutes waiting on the phone.Called 'Cypress View', no problems. 2 min chat and had kit in stock.
We very much enjoyed going to City vet for all our dogs absolutely get so excited to see Dr Poddar. All we have to say his name and they r ready to go and sitting by yhe front door to go see him and his staff.
My puppies and I have loved every experience here!! They always greet us promptly with positivity and friendliness. Care of pets health is a priority and it's very obvious that everyone there has a genuine love for animals and their job. We will never go anywhere else!!
We brought our very sick very elderly cat here in May and we were treated very professionally and also very compassionately by the vet and attending vet technician. We were also fit in same day which we appreciated very much under the circumstances. I would definitely recommend!
I would like to say that, I have the most wonderful experience with city vet. As previously dealt with previous vets, this vet will be my permanent vet. Staff and doctors and managers were so caring and humbled. With the care of our family dog. As well as us pet owners. Frequent phone calls, surgery options and the care of our dog was done so professionally and didnt feel like just a customer. With warmth and care felt like home in away! I highly recommend this place.. Im so greatful for the how they treated my family as well as how greatful I made that call to ask about the health of my dog and their options!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts city vet!!!
