Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about the city and things to do. We were there during a geocaching event so there were about 60 people hanging around. Staff handled things very well and a pleasure to talk to.
Worth a stop if you are headed through Medicine Hat. We stopped for lunch at the picnic not thanks. Welso drive to the world's largest teepee, which was very interesting.
Water filling station, clean cared for restroom, bike rentals for free, food trucks and entertainment on Sunday, very knowledgeable staff, seems as if they really care about promoting the many great things to do in Medicine Hat and beyond.
