They only do retroactive when you sign into a unit but they charge full month when you dont use the whole month. I think this is highway robbery because the next person to sign up for a unit is paying for the time I payed for and it has already been paid for. This is not a good form of business in my books. They better start treating customers better cause they will go out of business if I have anything to do with it. You want to make double the money find a new business.
