Dont waste your time or money at this place. We will never go back. Poor customer service, the owner doesnt take complaints seriously. Low class high price.
Took 2.5 hours to get a pedicure, couldn't believe the process.. first 45 minutes was spent just trying to take my old shellac off and trim my toe nails. Very inexperienced esthetician. Was one of the most expensive pedicures I've ever had, and the result was certainly nothing special! In fact, it looked just like regular polish, not like shellac, and the paint job was not great. I will be going to Polar Spa as I always used to - in and out in half hour, gorgeous shellac every time.

Ive been a client of Dr Burgers for over three years. Why do I keep going back? Quite simply because she is beyond talented with a sweet demeanour to match. Even on days when I feel age wearing me down, her vibrant, pleasant personality lifts me up and makes me feel beautiful...and then she backs it up with her knowledge and expertise. You leave there feeling your best self. She turns back time and yet you still maintain a natural look. If you are looking for a cheap, plastic look where you are just another face, then this isnt the place for you...but if you want quality and someone who cares to know you, and asks how your kids are or how your vacation went and honestly listens to your wants and needs then this is it!
I went for a consult to inquire about one thing I wanted done. I asked three different staff including the Dr during my visit and was ignored every time. Instead, I got three pushy sales pitches about their face cream being the only thing I should ever use. I walked out with no answer to my question. Totally disgusted. Will not go back. In response: I was quoted a price for needling from the senior laser tech after the Dr told me not to do it. Overall it was a confusing experience. None of this was explained to me yesterday. I found the staff very disorganized. It seemed there were more clients than the staff could handle. I'm glad it's all clear on your end though. I won't be calling.
