Had Ram come and do some reno's on my house, more specifically my flat roof. Everything went smoothly and without unwanted issues. I am happy with the work, looks very tidy. The crew works well and is well mannered and Roger was a great help. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional service and a job well done.
Ram Exteriors recently installed a new dura system roof. They did a fantastic job, neat, professional, meticulous workmanship, prompt, happy employees. Roger was willing to have me talk to 2 other satisfied customers who were NOT coached. Very happy, would recommend them to anyone. Not cheap, but good value. I am not related to anyone at Ram, and am not an employee!

Im sure they do great work once they start but I found getting to that point was a struggle. In my experience there was poor communication between departments in the company and myself. I feel like my business isnt worth their time. I shouldn't have to chase a company to get some work done. Between my last communication( which Im still waiting for a response) and now, I got a quote and job completed by another company. I first contacted Ram in March. Inaccurate quoting and poor communicating, 1 star.
