This hotel is very clean and provides a complimentary breakfast. It is located next to Costco and has several restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff and coffee and cookies to great you as you enter the lobby.
My family and I stay at Hampton Inn properties as often as we can when we travel. There is a consistent level of quality and we appreciate that the rooms are clean and that the beds are comfortable.But, I think this may be one of the nicest Hampton Inn and Suites we've stayed in. The pool is amazing. I loved that it was a salt water pool and it is was very well maintained. The water slide is fun! And as an active parent, I feel like I need to be in the pool with my children and I appreciated that the pool was comfortably warm. This matters to all of us, because although my kids are impervious to any kind of cold, the water was a pleasant temperature for me, so we lingered in this pool a long time.The front desk staff was excellent and sincerely friendly and kind. Penny was above and beyond excellent and I hope that she is acknowledged for it. We had no large needs that she handled, she was simply very truly kind and good at her job. We felt welcomed.
The room we originally had reserved was not made up by the cleaning staff. Which lead to us getting a managers discount on a smaller room. Otherwise it was clean and a great complimentary breakfast was offered (a lot to choose from)
Good service. Breakfast has good selections. Limited on microwaves if you are a long stay.
Great rooms, love the red they use on the exterior and interior of the building. Awesome steakhouse next door. Short ride to all Medicine Hat has to offer!
