My mother popped in yesterday and was so grateful that they could fit her in for an appointment. She had decided to splurge and get the full treatment (wash, cut, style). The stylist was a nice girl but knew how unhappy my mom was with her cut. Today we are in town again, so I stopped in with the hope that they would fix her hair or return some money. The Owner was rude and said that my mother looked beautiful when she left. Upon questioning my mom, that was a lie as only two young gals were working at the time. When your mother leaves feeling lower than dirt, ugly and embarrassed there is a problem. Please do not go here unless you only want rollers done!I took her to Chatters where they treated her like the Queen she is. She walked out today feeling beautiful.Hair Village gets one star because the stylist was so nice. The manager/owner lost the rest!
