Has a nice variety of equipment and helpful staff. I have received results from here. There is also a full kitchen with microwave here for guests to make themselves feel homey.

I joined the gf and her personal trainer Melissa. Great place to train. Offers 24/7 memberships. Melissa and staff are knowledgeable and know their stuff. Ask her about the world records!
