I asked for blue and white flowers for a Memorial service. Didnt get a single one of either. It was riotously beautifully gaudy for a funeral home. Mortifyingly embarrassing. Was quoted $100. Charged $130Avoid, avoid,avoid.
Whether ordering in advance or short notice the crew here are happy to help and go above and beyond. Definately service with a smile. Would recommend to others and do use time and time again!
The flowers were stunning, until you got a closer look, you wouldnt think that the pedals were all wilted, not for $107.00 anyway! I get better quality ones from Walmart or Safeway.My fianc ordered them for our one year anniversary as he was unable to he here for and the gesture was beautiful. But knowing he was blaintly ripped off is a sore on my view of the company. (One positive thing I would say, was thanks for delivering on a Sunday)We feel if he had bought flowers in the uk, we would have gotten better quality.
What the heck !!@! I called and they were closed on a saturday afternoon at 442 pm ! The kind lady said we can have someone there to help you if it is required. I said yes please and they had someone there in 5 minutes. The flowers were top quality fresh and they were rush, they were urgent, they were perfect timing, beyond words bringing joy and hope to our dear friends. Those flowers will mean more than any others we have ever dreamed of. Beyond the standard, beyond customer care, THANK YOU
For graduation, the crasage we ordered fell apart 2 hours after picking it up as well as the ribbon was the wrong colors and not what we ordered. On top of all of it they would not refund any of our money and said it was the heat that made it fall apart even though every other grad has crasages that stayed in tact throughout. It was also indoors. Definitely do no recommend.
