It was a great stay, the room was perfect and the staff kept it in great condition in a very timely manner. The wifi, I work from remote locations all of the time, was outstanding. I never had any problems with connections. The only detractor for me was the music in the restaurant in the morning (this makes me sound very old). It was not conducive to the environment that was being created (hip hop at 530am is out of context). Other than that, this is a very good place to stay and even host business.
Guaranteed hit with the kids. The waterslides and water park are excellent. Great complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. Our only complaint is that the fitted sheets did not stay on the mattresses overnight. Time for new linens. Other than that, we had an awesome time.
Locked out of our room for 3 hours :( ordered room service and some of our food was forgotten and then no one would answer phone to have it corrected we had to go down to the restaurant to get it fixed. Hot tub jets weren't working. Room was clean and water slides were great.
Great place! I only stayed for a night while passing through, but I'll definitely keep it in mind if I'm ever there again. Really good breakfast buffet included.
The whole resort was super nice. Rooms were recently updated, very clean and well kept. Pool was pretty neat with cool waterslides and large hot tub. Plus a great continental breakfast. To top it off it was really reasonably priced! Definetly would stay there again.
