Being a father who hasnt ridden a MTB since he was in his teens, it was nice to go into a bike shop and not feel intimidated by know-it-all staff who dont take you seriously.Dan from their sales team helped me pick out the right bike for me based on size, price point and quality! He was honest and upfront about where he though my skill set was at; and matched me up with a quality, entry level bike that suited my needs perfectly! Anytime I stop by to check out new gear or look for upgrades; I always hit him up and he never fails to deliver top notch customer service! If the sales team didnt sell you, the service team sure! If you ever need anything done to your bike, wether its worth $500.00 or $5000.00, take it in and ask for Justin! I recently had a small issue with my front suspension and even with a shop full of bikes to fix, he took 15min of his OWN TIME after work to help me get adjusted and back on the trails! Not only that; but what really sold me was the fact that he allowed me access to their working area and took the time to show me what adjustments he made so that I could make them myself next time!If you have a family like me, or are just looking for a chill group of guys to help you out, I recommend heading down to Cycle Path see for yourself the great service they provide!
Top quality gear, awesome service dept. Knowledgeable staff, these guys absolutely love bikes. They are riders. Everyone who works here rides, therefore, advice about local conditions, where to ride, what to bring and where to go for post ride eats/bevies is all based on experience. This would be considered a great shop in a city of a million people, the fact that we've got a shop like this in a city of 70k is unbelievable. Thanks fellas.
I was on vacation and my ebike broke down! I found Cyclepath by recommendation of a fellow at Tim Hortons. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, thank you Cyclepath!!
I've been going to the Medicine Hat Cyclepath for over a decade, an easy 5 star rating! Awesome, friendly staff. Great service. The folks at Cyclepath are always eager to help me out in a pinch, whether it's sourcing components and equipment, or getting me back on my bike ASAP. I always enjoy my time there and look forward to coming back again and again. Dan and Justin are great employees and amazingly skilled at what they do! I have so much appreciation for the service they provide to myself and everyone else in the Hat.
The staff I dealt with are awesome! Friendly, helpful, full of information and tips. The young fellow in the repair department went above and beyond, helping me get my bike ready for air travel, without actually packing the bike. And it was an old bike , not bought at he store. Thank you! I think this is the first review I've ever written.
